At Coesivo Design Group, our role has evolved over the last ten years. We must now deliver more than just good design; we also need to consider how to elevate a scheme and contribute to the end sales value of a project.  While the commercial responsibility usually sits with the developer, our interior design team plays a more fundamental role in helping to achieve the end objective.

INVOLVING THE INTERIOR DESIGN TEAM EARLY PAYS DIVIDENDS. 

Doing so allows the design vision to be captured and creative solutions defined upfront, rather than compromising later down the line. At Coesivo, we act as trusted advisors to our clients from concept to completion. When involved in a project from the onset, we are able to work closely with architects and the wider professional team on spatial planning and delivering the overall design concept. We are able to lend our expertise at every stage, including what selective clients look for and how this differs if the project is a home or an investment. 

SPACE PLANNING LIVES IN THE CENTER OF STRONG, EFFECTIVE DESIGN. 

At Coesivo, we design from the inside out, putting the client or potential buyers’ needs at the core of our design. We consider how the buyer will interact with and use the space. From this we can then look at ways to maximize usable space, working either with existing or the proposed footprint of the building. This is where we look to add commercial value to a project. If we can design the space to its maximum efficiency, this can substantially increase the saleable square footage of a dwelling or development.

Whether designing a new home or sprucing up an existing home, the foundation of a well-designed space is found in a thoughtfully conceived and edited space plan inclusive of furnishings and fixtures.  We consider the needs and lifestyle of each family when creating space layouts; this provides optimal flow and functionality with stunning aesthetics. 

3D MODELING 

Coesivo Design Group understands the significant investments our clients make which is why we believe strongly that it is our job to keep customers from making a mistake.  3D renderings or visualization of any project is by far the best method for this. This tool allows our clients to visualize the beautiful concepts we have created.  And because we can make changes before construction, it minimizes errors in the field thus limiting unnecessary expenses.  

SEMI-CUSTOM AND CUSTOM FURNITURE DESIGN 

Coesivo Design Group offers made-to-order, semi-custom furniture from over 120 lines, both domestic and abroad.  If, by chance, one doesn’t meet the needs of a client, we have the ability to create bespoke furniture pieces tailored to the specific space with personalized comfort.  SCOUT offers an array of unique furnishings only available through a trade source. 

BILLING PROCESS 

Design work is never billed hourly.   Our experience has shown us clients feel more confident when they know what to expect financially which is why our services are provided at a flat rate based on the specific scope of work, with accompanying details documented.  

REMODELING AND NEW BUILD DESIGN SERVICES 

Coesivo Design Group specifies innovative, cohesive building materials for remodels and new construction to create and condition the spaces in which our clients live.  Most people give these materials little thought but we believe, from structures of wood, steel and concrete, to surface finishes and furniture, a comprehensive design plan inclusive of all finish materials is the key to the most successful outcomes.  When our design solution requires construction of any kind, we include a pre-construction, contractor packet.  This packet is inclusive of comprehensive finish material selections.  Because of our great attention to detail and vast experience working strategically with contractors and builders, we save our clients a significant amount of money…planning makes perfect. 

ARTWORK + RUGS + ACCESSORIES 

In addition to the product lines carried by Coesivo Design Group in our studio, we also work closely with custom rug loomers, galleries, art consultants and artisans to provide unique finishing touches to any project.   Coesivo Design Group provides comprehensive styling services and accessory selections putting the polishing touches on any space.
